PRICING

Each project is unique and may include one task or a list of things you'd like done. Generally I charge a per project. Send me a note via my contact page with as much detail as you can (pictures help a lot) and I'll do my best to give you an estimate of the cost. I do have a minimum $250 trip fee - so the more work you need done the better.

Please note that materials and HST are additional costs, and you'll see the final amounts clearly outlined on your invoice. Before we kick off the project, I'll send you an estimate via email for your approval, so you know what to expect.

One more thing to keep in mind: Any time spent going to suppliers and purchasing materials on your behalf will be additional costs.

I'm committed to providing transparent and upfront pricing to ensure there are no surprises along the way!

Payment Terms

For all single-day jobs payment is due upon completion of the work. For multi-day jobs, or when I am supplying materials a deposit to cover hard costs is required. Balance of payment is due upon completion. I accept cash when on-site, and Interac eTransfer payments for deposits only. An invoice is always provided. When the work is done payment is due when on site.

Estimate

I'm excited to help you with your repair needs! While I can't offer free on-site consultations due to the time and expenses involved, I'm more than happy to provide a FREE PHONE ESTIMATE based on the details you share and any photos you can send my way. With my experience in handling many repairs, you can trust that my estimates will be accurate - barring any unforseen challenges (they happen).

For those jobs that are a bit trickier to assess or if you're unsure about the scope of work required, a (paid) Service Call / Site Visit is necessary. Don't worry, though, I'm here to guide you through the process!

Quick tip: Snap some photos from different angles using your phone; it helps me give you the most accurate estimate possible.

Materials and Supplies

I'm here to make your repair experience hassle-free! For most small jobs, I'll happily provide all the necessary nails, screws and any other related supplies needed. I don't mark-up the cost of supplies.

If your project requires any specialized materials, don't worry—I've got you covered! I can locate and supply those items for you. However, to ensure everything is taken care of smoothly, a deposit will be necessary to cover the complete cost of these materials.

Your satisfaction and convenience are my top priorities, and I'm committed to making sure your repair process is as easy and enjoyable as possible!

Pick-up and Delivery for Materials and Supplies

I'm happy to offer a convenient service where I can deliver a selection of small materials and supplies directly to your job site (as long as they can fit in a pickup truck). However, please remember that you're always welcome to provide your own materials and supplies if you prefer.
